This sounds normal for a 200q20v, but not for a '90 200 which has the MC
engine.

Get a radiator shop to do it.  I called one(Natick Radiator) and they
quoted about $60-65 for removing, cleaning inside+out, then testing for
leaks+sealing a radiator. I'm sure flushing out the system would be less,
and they're pros at that sort of thing.
