Ok Wizards..does A 10V HEAD FIT ON A 20V BLOCK?

Hi guys! This is the question of the day. Does a 10V head fit a 20V
block? I would think the head gasket would be the diff. If a 10V head
fits. Would a 2.22 litre 10v head be the same as the 2.3 litre 10V head?
Questions, questions, questions!!!!Oh help me O Wizards!!! I may		be
selling my rally car, but if I can come up with a killer 		motor I might
