Speed

I need some help with this scenario:  Put a speedo/tach
head from an 84 CGT into my 84 4ks (no Q), am running 
195/60/14 series tires and failed to realize that I prolly
srewed things up even more (at least the speedo works, 
now).  Question is, am I going faster or slower?  By the way
the car feels/sounds it seems that the tach is close but it 
can't be, can it?   More of the continuing saga....     Thanks-Ron
