Question. Does it go away at any speed other than idle? If so, check
the belt tension. i had that problem on my 4kq at hte peak. It sounded
absolutely horrible, but it went away at anything above idle. It turned
out that the alternator belt was severely loose...
just a suggestion, doubt its right, but what the hell
later...
