Electronic Odometers

There's a man in the UK offering to programme any value you want into
any brand of electronic odometer for GBP50 ($80).

Beware.

Also do the obvious check of dialing the brightness up high and sticking
a bright light onto the photocell (bottom left of the frame around
the warning lights.  I _have_ found one with just a piece of black tape
stuck over the 1xxxxx position!
