anyone have a decent set of 185/60/14s cheap?

My sister's car (the Jetta) is eating up money at alarming rates
and she's still driving on snows which my father insists are fine
for year round...
She doesn't want to spend the money on new tires and I can't
get them for her right now, but does anyone have a decent set
of used tires you're not using?  You never know...
