Big surprise there! If most dealers had their way, we wouldn't
even be able to pop the hood on our cars. Kind of makes me
wonder about OBD II, I'm hoping the tuners can always find
a means to crack these on-board computers.

Note: Tim has got to be one of my idols when it comes to
    cars. Every car he owns is souped-up one way or the other,
    including a Buick Roadmaster Wagon with a "tuned" Impala
    SS motor under the hood, yeee-ha.
