The 4WD bug, built on the Kuebelwagen chassis, is the rarest bug. It was
known as the commandant's car. Since it had cable-operated brakes (like
other bugs of that vintage), it had a parking brake that worked on all 4
wheels (unlike other bugs of that vintage). If it could climb a given hill,
it could be parked on that hill.
