The "head" of a 1/2" drive Craftsman ratchet, when inserted sideways 
into the subframe where the bushings go (on a Coupe GT/4k), can be used to 
flex the walls apart slightly if you have difficulty fitting them in 
place.  I tried this for the first time when I put regular a-arms,  
Outside of that, I might try to take the sway bar off the control arm, and 
put that on last.  There's plenty of play with the sway bar disconnected.
