4kq brake service tips needed....please

hey all, i am going to be doing the whole brake system today.  i am 
replacing the brake pressure differential, all four rotors and the pads, 
and fluid.  anyway, i am looking for tips and how to's on how to bench 
bleed the pressure differential valve.  It is really sketchy in the 
bently on how to go about doing this.  Anyone know the correct procedure? 
 And any other tips on the job?  My friend wants to gravity bleed the 
system, is that a good way to do it?
