OK, I just checked.  it is roughly 19,000 BTU/lb and roughly 6.1 lb/gal

It depends on the grade and composition of the gasoline though.  Some 
petroleum fuels are higher than  20,000 BTU/lb and as much as 6.7 lb/gal.
