Osman,

On my S4 all I did to adjust the cruise control valve on the brake pedal
was disconnect the vacuum hose and wire and turn the valve one full
rotation.  The body of the valve is threaded so basically I was just
screwing it in a little further towards the pedal arm.  If I remember
correctly, the valve of on the clutch pedal looked the same as the one on
the brake pedal.
