hmm. What about inelastic collisions? You forgot heat...part of an
inelastic collision's energy is converted into heat :)

Both were simplifications and from (bad) memory; I left out g in the
potential energy, and simplified the KE equation by accident. g is just a
constant, no big deal :)

Actually, did you know the universe is cooling down? :)
With a fine enough measurement, the astrophysicist types can figure out how
old the universe is by how hot/cold it is. It's cooling down because of
the expansion.
Now we're trudging into meaning-of-life territory :)
Keep in mind my statements were based on taking physics 2 years ago, being
very tired, and it being about 2 in the morning(and I didn't care much :)
