lifters & head work

Being irritated with my loud lifters (and still somewhat loud after running
for a while, too!), I'd like to get them replaced. How much time will this
take an experienced mechanic to do on a 10v turbo? I understand new lifters
will be around $100, which isn't too bad - BUT, I'm guessing it takes quite
some time to do, and at $65 an hour, it could get expensive.

I was also thinking, if I'm getting the lifters done, I might want to get
some head porting/flow work at the same time. Perhaps intake manifold,
also. Does anyone know of a good shop in CO that can do this sort of thing?
(Extra bonus if they'll do the lifters, too!)
