Looking for a 4kq owner in the DC area

  I'm still trying to figure out why my diff locks won't lock.  I've tracked
down all the vacuum lines to the switch, but I'm still not getting vacuum in
the main line.  I've tried to figure out the routing of the lines under the
hood but those lines don't seem to match what the sticker indicates, and the
sticker itself isn't too clear.  Is there anybody in the Northern Va/DC with a
4kq that would be willing to let me look under your hood to see where my
vacuum lines are supposed to go?  I would appreciate it.  I'm in Springfield.
