RE: after-run timed-ness

On the 4kq after run it is almost exactly 9 minutes.  I timed it once.

Seems the after-run function really _does_ have a time limit!

I ran the fan/pump using my little switch, and it shut itself off after a
while.  I turned the switch off, turned it on, nothing.
Turned off the switch, turned on the car, turned off the car, turned on the
switch; bingo, after-run.

Of course, I don't know if 5k's do the same.  Maybe Audi had problems with
5k turbos wearing the battery down in really hot climates.
