Steering Wheel Doesn't Track Straight

Hey,
    I bent a rim a while back and had it repaired. The tire was ruined so I
got a pair of new ones (backs are Eagle GAs, fronts are the new Yokohoma
A509s). When I got the car back, the car tracked straight, but the wheel was
off center to one side. I just got the tires rotated, and now the same
problem, but the wheel tilts the other direction. I had the alignment
checked and it was perfect. What the dilly? I am guessing that having the
different tires could be the culprit, or the wheel was repaired incorrectly,
or the tires were mounted incorrectly somehow. They are all the same size
205-50 15s. Any ideas? Thanks-G
