Six bolts to better belt tension

This is one of the little details that Bentley seems to miss. The
factory documentation (and I can't help today, because mine's on the
stand at Coy's) states torques for the adjuster on the strap. From
memory (so careful, now) it's something like 6 lb ft for a new belt
and 4 lb ft when refitting an old one. Something like that, anyway.
