Coupe GT speaker upgrade help needed

Hi gang,

Need some BTDT help on overhauling the front speakers on the CGT (applies
to 4kq's as well).  Got the speaker assembly out of the dash and the grill
off the assembly.  The OEM speaker's trashed (open vc) and is built into
the plastic frame. What's a good way of getting rid of the old speaker
without destroying the plastic frame?
