rear fog lamps

I've got a 1994 100CS which is very similar (identical?) to your model.
I recently looked into adding the passenger side rear fog light on my
vehicle.  I found that there is a plastic blocking plug molded into the light
housing for the socket that will need to be removed.  This is no big deal
and it looks like all you need to do is get an extra bulb socket and splice
the leads into the existing fog light socket wires.  I didn't do it yet though
because I didn't know if this would activate the burned out bulb signal if it
sensed two bulbs.  I hope someone else knows if this will or not.
