Go out and buy "Audi Quattro Gold Portfolio 1980-1991", published buy
Brookland Books.  This book is paperback and is a collection of magazine
articles about the Ur-Quattro.  On page 116 "  Titans Clash Audi Quattro vs
Porsche 944 turbo Comparison test 1986. 0-60 times are Quattro 6.6 and 944
turbo 6.2 by the looks of the article the cars are just about even accept the
Porsche has a little bit better performance while the Quattro has better ride
and handling.  Get this book it is a must for an Audi/quattro enthusiast.
