We have a little freedom in Arizona, with not requirement or issuance of a 
front plate.

Of course, those bad guys that get away while driving in reverse is a big 
problem, and our cops have to get out of the car to ticket a car if it's 
parked the backwards.

I wish I didn't have holes in my bumper.  The spot under where the license 
was is really shiny tho'!
