Dealer Horror story

Picked my S4 up from the dealer after having some things fixed on it that
they broke (fixed at their expense).  Got the car back only to find that it
had been washed with what appeared to be a window washing brush and squeegy,
the kind at the gas station.  Scrathed the surface up really bad and ended
up destroying my all day wax job that I did about 1 month ago.  Am I going
to tell them about it?  No.  The hate me there.  Every time I was forced to
use them I could find something that they broke, damaged, or that does not
work and did when I brought it in.  Why do I use them?  I don't anymore. 
Have not for some time.  Only did because they needed to fix what the broke
last time.  And, finally the car appears to be functioning like it should,
only with less wax and a scratched surface.


Don't worry, I already polished most of the scratches out.
