Stalling fixed

In my experience, less than one Audi franchise mechanic in twenty
knows what the wastegate frequency valve actually does.  If they don't
understand it, then they don't know how to test it.  Since the car
runs without it, they leave it alone or bypass it.

Repeat the above for the WOT switch and the ICV controller as required.
