help finding mirror memory module?

Hi.  I needed a mirror memory module (4A0907445A) for my '92 V8 and
Peter Coulter has generously offered me the one out of a 91 V8 clip he's
recently received.

However, we can't find it.  My shop says that their fiche shows it on
the right side under the dash.  Peter has searched all under the dash
and it's not there.

Can anyone help with a location for this thing (and maybe a description
of what it looks like)?
