Strange S sighting

Hello all,

Friday evening I saw a '95.5 S6 wagon in Boulder.

Looked perfect. The only problem is...

It had a Black Jacquard cloth interior. Even the front armrest was done in
this cloth. Seats had adjustable bolsters, etc..

It also had the carbon fiber trim.

Anybody ever hear of something like this?

Also I have a 3" exhaust tip that I would like to weld up to the rear
muffler. Stock has dual tips. Can I cut these dual tips off and then weld on
the single 3"?
