5KCSTQ Upgrade issues & request for recommendations

I just had new BOGE Turbo Gas struts installed -- with new strut bearings,
new steering rack, pump, and wheel bearings and then had it all lined up.
The car rides f--g amazing except for one minore problem: the steering
wheel shimmies and shakes a bit at speeds between 50-70 mph.

This is extremely annoying -- especially given the fact that I've made a
major investment in the way the car handles.

Questions:

1. What the hell is the problem? They spent close to 4 hours aligning
the car -- what gives?

2. The ride is nice and tight -- rides great around town -- but what can
I do to give it a 'sharper' edge? Any of you guys have any experience
with strut braces, stress bars, etc. etc. Could someone please enlighten
me and give me a recommendation on this issue? I let the stock
springs in the car -- and instead of lowering it, the car is raised up an
inch or 2. This is OK with me -- I hate the 'low profile' look --
unfortunately -- I may have made a mistake because lower=better
handling. please help with this -- how do make it just a wee-bit tighter
without lowering the car? I live in NE and I don't need the
front-end kissing the ground every 2 seconds -especially in the snow.

3. What should I do about 'rolling stock' now that I have made this
significant improvement in the suspension? I need your
recommendations -- do I go with the 'plus 1' plan and take it to a 16"
wheel -- or can I do 17 or 18" on this car? I've only got 205/60/15
Michelin v-rated tires on Fuchs rims now - and I love the Fuchs look -- but
I want summer rims/tires that handle.

4. I've fixed all the leaky turbo oil lines -- (all 4 of them) -- and it
was expensive as hell.. The turbo hoses - are in good shape -- I get
1.3bar now. I'm ready for the boost upgrade -- which do I choose -- TAP,
NedR, The QC ship? Help me with this! I don't mind spending
money for quality -- who's the best -- and what do I have to do to the car
to get it 'ready' for the increase in power?

5. Could someone explain why -- after getting the suspension installed --
do I get 1.3bar vs. the old 1.2bar? It's weird, and it pushes 1.4bar --
how could I have gained power?

I've been taking your 'collective' advice for over 2 years now and things
haven't gone wrong yet. I must have saved $5K on parts and labor alone
based on your 'collective' recommendations. On this latest investment I
saved approx. $1500 in parts by taking your advice obnn where to buy the
rack, pump, etc. -- DaveC, GraydonS, BrettD, HuwP, all you guys -- don't
fail me now !
Thanks,

Richard
