Painting an 11 year old car

Thanks to all who replied to my request for suggestions on getting my
car painted.  I know I was being really optomistic asking for a $500
paint job, but figuring the car is worth, tops, $4K, I don't see spend
$2-$3 on a paint job.

I think I'm going to do a lot of the prep work myself, and try the Macco
route.  I'll let the list know how it turn out!

Also:  Still looking for a black, pass door panal for an '87 5kcstq.
