4000CS Quattro - Problems

We have a 86' 4000CS Quattro - It was wrecked about a year ago and we bought
it back from the insurance company.. It hit a small tree at speed and
damaged the windshield, right headlite/blinker assembly, grill, F&R bumpers,
and some other little stuff..

 We have since then put it back together (mostly) and a coulple weeks ago
went to drive it to the paint shop..
None of the electronics would work.. The engine cranked up fine and ran
well.. but no lites, sunroof, windows, nothing..
What could this be?  Wiring Harness? How much to replace that?

Niether of us are mechanics, so we don't really know where to start.. But we
have a multimeter and determination..
