	accelerating and decelerating but with no load on it, it is quiet.
IE,
	3rd gear is noisiest( after that road-wind noise may drown it out.)
	Anyhow, when there is a load on it it gets noisy.  Put the clutch in
and
	it quiets down.  Drive at constant speed it is silent.  Have not
tried
	your 25 mph turning trick but I suspect it would make noise as I
would be
	on teh Gas.
