camshaft seal 20 valve






There's a light dry track of oil coming from the cam shaft seal on the
cylinder head of my 20 valve engine.  I think I'm going to replace the
seal.  Is the "proper" way to get it out to put a wood screw into it
and pull.  What about installing it.  What does the special tool in
the Bently do?  Any one done this recently and have any tips or
lessons learned?
