Like some other owners of early ur-Qs, I'd considered (even before I bought
an ur-Q) that I might want to update the sway bar to the later style that
uses the "squeak" rods. In my case, I have a "donor" 84 Coupe GT.

Anyway, since you indicated that the sway bars in question are the early
type, it created a quandry for me, and maybe others.
