Vortech Superchargers

I was on the phone with a prominent Audi shop/parts place, and I found
out that the guy there was using a Vortech supercharger
(www.vortecheng.com) on a 200q wagon. Now, while this item would do
wonderful things to my right foot and undoubtedly blow my engine to bits
after a good run...I was wondering if anyone out there has had any
experience with after market superchargers. Any ideas/stories would be
of interest to me (and others I'm sure).
