Q work in Ithaca and adzaM for sale
My fiance is heading back to Cornell this weekend in my 4ksq with 100k miles.
Its fairly reliable, but the brakes could use work, the clutch slave cylinder
leaks brake fluid, and there are other assorted minor problems. So, I was
wondering if those of you from the area might know a reliable/honest
mechanic around there who wouldn't take advantage of a young woman who doesn't
know much about cars. Additionally, if it isn't too much to ask, I was
wondering if there was someone who was in the area who she could call (a
qlister I mean) for second opinions or to look at things on the car if they
go wrong (email me a phone number privately if so). She'd rather keep my new
Mazda, so I'm trying to appease her as muich as possible with assurances that
the car won't break...or that if it does someone will help her out.
The flip side of this coin is very good news for me- as soon as I sell my
1998 Mazda (long story) Protege I can buy an Audi V8 from Kar of MN.
Anyone interested in a new Protege with 12k miles on it in the Raleigh, NC
area? Remainder of factory warranty? How about if I told you it was a one-off
quattro Protege? I swear!
TIA,
nate
