Sorry for the WOB, but has anybody on the list recently imported a car from 
Canada?  I'm getting conflicting stories from the various state and government 
agencies I've asked the questions of.  

I'm mostly concerned with any import duties or fees and any "required" work to 
be done by Audi. (One of the sources says that I must have Audi replace the 
speedometer with a new one and I can't do it myself.  This sounds ridiculous.)  

Car in question is an 83 UrQ.  Any BTDT appreciated.
