That's a balm on my ears. I wish the Government around here instituted the
rigorous European traffic laws. Naaah, will never happen. Mr. Joe Public will be
bitching about violating his "freedoms" in notime. Never mind that he might get
left widowed by some bozo, whose freedom to eat and drink while diving he
advocates so passionately.
