I don't know if this will, help, but in case you don't get any responses,
this is something to go on, perhaps. For the 1991 200q20v:
2342
              Oxygen Sensor (1991 200TQ 20V Motronic)
              Sensor Wiring or Sensor defective
Heat resistor in sensor defective, Signal wiring shorted to
ground, Fuel tank empty, Ignition system component failure, air leak at
mass air flow sensor, air
leak in exhaust pipe before catalyst, poor engine ground wire.
              Symptom: Emissions not within specifications

This may not be the right code at all, but it's a start! My hope is that
the ECU codes are similar or the same...a long shot, I guess.

The excerpt if from Scott's excellent
site(http://www.teleport.com/~scottmo/) Not all that much help to you
since it's mostly type-44 stuff.

What are some of the symptoms? Has gas milage gone downhill? Idle rough?
Emmisions particularly smelly/different smelling? No power? Give us
something else to go on. Among other things, the ECU's self-diagnostics
aren't always great; 200q20v Motronic units see a defective wastegate valve
as a bad throttle sensor.
