Someone would if he (she) ever followed and Ford Explorer (or any other car
for that matter) down Shelburne Rd in Burlington, VT when the phone rang. Its
obvious a good deal that 1% of attention is diverted.

I'm sure the tanker driver on the M56 would be spending time whether or not he
was on the phone, however.
