The definition of "first rate" is obviously open to debate. My
personal definition is that the quality will be indistinguishable
from new original condition, even up close. This probably
exceeds the requirement of most 10 year old car owners.
And as I pointed out to another appalled lister, all our painters
here hold PhDs.
