1986 4000S, Squeaky front passenger window

The car in question is a manual 1986 4000S with a 1.8L 4 cylinder
engine (7/85 production date).

The passenger side window squeaks and squeals like crazy.  It also goes up
and down at no more than 1 mph.  Does anyone know how to remedy all this?
Do I need to change the window switch, the window motor (or whatever), or
do I have to take the door panel apart and lubricate something?  If so,
what should I use as a lubricant?  Thanks in advance.
