CGT sunroof and decals

The last time I posted this question, I never recieved an answer, so I
checked the archives.  I couldn't find anything, which suprised me.  I
am certain I am not going about searching for it the right way.  Anyway,
I was hoping maybe someone out there can still help me.  The cloth cover
on the outside edge of my sunroof is starting to tear, and a short peice
of foam? tubing has popped out.  Can I replace the cloth cover, or do I
have to find another whole sunroof off of a parts car?  

On another note, does anyone know where I can get those cool four ring
decals that go on the doors?
