Could we PLEASE drop this thread? Yes he might have survived, but no, I do
not want anyone telling me _exactly_ how I must position my hands, orient my
head, and while we are at it, has anyone considered the obvious danger of
open toed shoes, sandals, or that clear example of callous disregard for the
lives of all on the world's highways, the "flip-flop"?

Maybe Phil could have people tested to see if they should wear gloves or not
while driving, or have allergy suffers banned because they might sneeze,
thus operating with impaired ability...

I now leave to operate my Audi at an absurd rate of speed, and I may lift my
Slurpee to Phil and Mussolini's finest.
