Missing relays?

Hi,

I have a '94 90Q.  When digging around in the fuse box I noticed that
there are two empty relay slots.   These are labelled radiator fan
and radiator fan delay.  Should these be empty??   I suspect the
dealer may have pulled these when working on the car and didn't replace
them.    Can anyone with a late model 90Q verify that these slots are
indeed used?

PS.  Is there a Bentley (any other manual) available for the late model
90Q's with the 12v V6?
