Press the 5kt hub in.  Redrill the rotors and you are done.

Struts were $20 a piece.Rear hubs were $10 for both.
Front calipers came from one of the parts cars so I don't know (maybe $50 for
both).
Set of rear 4kq driveshafts $100.
Set of new Ur-q ball joints $120.
Set of new 5kt tie rod ends $70.
Set of 5kt tie rods came also from a prts car (maybe $20 both).
Set of rims also came from the parts car (maybe $150 for set).
Ur-q shocks were $140 for set (Original Boge with only 100 miles on them)
usually new for $70 each.
Set of new Brembo Ur-q rotors $100 both.
Set of Ferrodo pads for single piston caliper $60.
Porsche studs were also from a car I used to own but not that expensive and
make a world of difference when it comes to tire rotation etc.

All prices are for Canadian dollar and the maybe prices are what I would
usually pay at the local junk yard for.
Rest is just labour of fabrication and installation.  Done by myself so I
can't give you a quote on price but it took about 10 hours of fabrication and
about 8 hours on installation (taking it easy).
