   Bummer.

   Always wondered about removing the overboost protection. If all the 91 200q
   will make is about 2.3 bar with the stock turbo, I just dont see how you are
   going to blow the engine. Can you explain please? Or are you talking about

Completely unrestrained (e.g., "wire the wastgate shut"), [virtually]
any turbo will turn any engine into shrapnel (you'll find little pieces
of headgasket everywhere *except* sandwiched between the block and the
head, etc.)

   over revving the turbo itself?

That too, but that's relatively cheap in comparison to the damage to the
rest of the engine.
