It's normal.  Someone should sell a kit with sender and 8-10 bar gauge,
I think they'd sell a few...

Seems a bit low, 100 C would be normal, climbing anywhere from 130-150C
in "spirited" driving (which can be simulated by driving around in low
gears for a while).  Anything over 3k rpms starts to warm my oil up past
100.  Check the voltage supply to the meter - if it is low the meter
will read low (I think...).  Ditto the wiring to the sensor,
connections.
