remove the nut and bolt through the front end of the adjustment rack
that goes down the center.  disconnect any wires to the seat (belt
alarm, heater).  remove the two pieces of trim covering the seat slide
rails, behind the seat, and the little plugs in the end of the rails. 
pull up the forward/back adjustment lever and slide the seat out
backwards.  Voila!
