Remove the thermostat housing cover and thermostat, be SURE you have a
new o-ring on hand. To reinstall, use a little Gasgacinch(tm) on the
o-ring and the thermostat, let air dry, and attach them, then install
the thermostat followed by the cover, hold in place and install the
bolts. The Gasgacinch(tm) prevents the o-ring from dancing around and
causing the otherwise inevitable leak Trust me, years of practice went
into this helpful tip. John.
