Thanks, Re: urq blowing hot water (coolant)

I received a lot of helpful replies, and I want to thank everyone who
responded to my question.

The first suggestion (also being the easiest) is to check the pressure
relief cap on the urquattro. I will swap my CGT cap into the urquattro
and see if the cap is the culprit.

Other responses mentioned bleeding the system of any trapped air,
flushing the system with fresh coolant, replacing the thermoswitch,
and using the A/C mode of the radiator fan to cool the engine for a
short while before shutting off, and seeing what happens to the
coolant at that time.

And, of course, there is the scary possibility of a blown head
gasket leaking into the cooling system. :-( I plan on doing a
compression check as soon as I get the chance.

Thank you all for the helpful responses. I'll let you know what
the final solution is.

Later,
