'98 Audi CD Changer Adapter from Crutchfield?

I don't remember this being mentioned before, but the latest Crutchfield
catalog makes a special mention about aftermarket CD changers as add ons
for factory stereos.  It specifically says they offer an adapter to add
a Panasonic changer to any '98 Audi for around $30 I think, the
Panasonic changer is priced at less than $300.  I haven't called to
confirm or know anyone who has tried it but I thought some of you might
want to know.
